It’s on! A new chapter of the EEA and Norway Grants
11.08.2026 kl. 17:00 - 17:45
GRID-Arendal (Teaterplassen 3)
The new period of the EEA and Norway Grants brings new opportunities for cooperation between Norwegian and European partners, turning shared values into action.
For more than 20 years, the EEA and Norway Grants have helped reduce social and economic disparities in Europe, strengthen democracy and the rule of law, and connect Norwegian and European actors around shared challenges.
The Grants are now entering another seven-year period, opening new opportunities for Norwegian organisations, municipalities, cultural institutions, researchers and civil society to take part in projects across Europe.
This new chapter comes at an important moment in time. Europe is facing pressure on democratic institutions and growing geopolitical uncertainty, together with a whole range of other challenges.
What can be achieved with the EEA and Norway Grants in this context? How can the Grants play a positive role in today's Europe? And how can Norwegian actors take part in this effort to create a stronger and more resilient Europe?
Join us for a conversation on why the EEA and Norway Grants matter now, and what opportunities lie ahead.
